Turkey nabs FETO, PKK terror suspects trying to flee to Greece

At least six people, including four terror suspects, were held while trying to flee to Greece through Turkey’s northwestern border, according to the Turkish National Defense Ministry on Sunday.

Border troops nabbed the suspects while trying to pass through the Turkish-Greek border via illegal means, the ministry said on Twitter.

While three of them were identified to be suspected FETO terrorists, another one was allegedly a member of the PKK terrorist organization, it added.

FETO and its US-based leader Fetullah Gulen orchestrated the defeated coup of July 15, 2016, in which 251 people were killed and 2,734 injured.
