Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will visit the UK on Thursday to attend an international conference on Jordan, according to the Foreign Ministry.
ECONOMIC GROWTH WILL BE ON THE TABLE
During the Conference on Jordan’s Growth and Opportunity – London Initiative 2019, Çavuşoğlu is expected to meet with his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi and other officials, said a ministry statement on Wednesday.
Exploring commercial opportunities, the conference will be co-hosted by the UK and Jordanian governments to promote economic growth, reforms, employment, and investments in Jordan.
According to the UK government, the meeting aims to mobilize international political leaders and businesspeople to invest in Jordan and unlock the pathway to economic transformation.
