Armenia’s prime minister said on Tuesday (Nov. 10) it was “a very hard decision” to sign a deal to end the conflict in the Upper Karabakh region, also known as Nagorno-Karabakh.
“NO CHANCE OF MAKING ANOTHER DECISION”
In a statement on social media, Nikol Pashinyan said the decision was made after a deep analysis of the military situation and assessment by people with knowledge.
“In the existing situation there was no chance of making another decision,” said the Armenian Prime Minister. “I plan to tell more details, why and what was the reason behind the last months’ events. I can’t do it right now for one simple reason, because stopping military actions are in the main process right now. if I say something I can endanger people” he added.

Armenia erupted in protests after Pashinyan admitted defeat by signing the deal with Azerbaijan and Russia to halt the fighting over Upper Karabakh.
Protesters gathered in front of a government building in the capital Yerevan and broke windows and chanted slogans against Pashinyan.
