Azerbaijani army liberates villages from Armenian occupation

The Azerbaijani army has liberated six more villages in three regions from Armenia’s occupation, Azerbaijan’s president announced Thursday.

“KARABAKH IS AZERBAIJAN!”

“Azerbaijan’s glorious Army has liberated Arish village of Fuzuli district, Doshulu village of Jabrayil district, and Edishe, Dudukchi, Edilli and Chiraguz of Khojavend district,” Aliyev said on Twitter.

“Long live Azerbaijan’s Army! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!” he added.

Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor General’s Office said on Thursday that at least 43 civilians had been killed and 218 injured due to the fresh Armenian attacks.

Many world powers, including Russia, France, and the US, have urged a new cease-fire. Turkey, meanwhile, has supported Baku’s right to self-defense and demanded the withdrawal of Armenia’s occupying forces.
